Invitations Service
Invitations are documents approved by the Foreign Ministry of the country of destination. These documents authorise a traveller to visit their country. Universal Visas is able to acquire travel visa invitations and confirmations for various destinations on a traveller's behalf. To determine whether or not an invitation is required to be submitted for your visa as well as information regarding specific format and content of the letter go to Visas and select your country of travel.
Azerbaijan Invitation Request
We can assit you in obtaining Azerbaijan business invitation, please dowlonad and print the invitation order form here: Request invitation for Azerbijan using this order form and email it to us with the visa order form at info@universalvisas.com. Once the invitation is ready we will email you the invitation. If you are using our comapny for your Azerbaijan visa then send us your passport and all other documents together with the Azerbiajan invitation reqeust form and we will obtain the invitation and the visa for you.

Please note that we are not an Embassy and are not affiliated with any government. In almost all cases embassies and FCO charge a fee for visas and for attesting documents. If we handle your application, we also charge a fee in return for advising on the requirements, taking responsibility for ensuring that your documentation is correct before the application is made, and sending a courier to queue up on your behalf to obtain the visa.
