US Visa and Passport Delays

Please be advised that due to a technical fault with their visa system, the US Consular Unit in London are currently experiencing delays for passport and visa applications. They are working to resolve this issue and are hopeful the systems will be back online soon; however applicants should expect further delays as they look to clear the backlog of pending visa applications.

To clarify, ESTA applications are unaffected by this issue and are being processed as usual.

Kazakhstan
The 15 day visa exemption rule for nationals of United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Korea and Japan ends on 15th July 2015. Travelers entering Kazakhstan on or after the 15th July must be in possession of a valid visa.

Bangladesh
The maximum validity of a visa is now three months.

Brazil
For all Business Visa applications, a copy of flight and hotel confirmation is now required.  For Temporary Work Visas, any applicants working with children must now provide an original International Child Protection Certificate.

China
Nationals of Grenada can now stay visa free for a stay of up to 30 days for Business and Tourist trips.

Croatia
For nationals of Turkey, a visa is now required for Business and Tourist trips.

Liechtenstein
Nationals of Dominica, Grenada, Samoa, St Lucia, St Vincent & Grenadines, Timor-Leste, Trinidad & Tobago and Vanuatu can now stay visa free for a stay of up to 90 days (per 180 days) for Business and Tourist trips.

Switzerland
Nationals of Dominica, Grenada, Samoa, St Lucia, St Vincent & Grenadines, Timor-Leste, Trinidad & Tobago and Vanuatu can now stay visa free for a stay of up to 90 days (per 180 days) for Business and Tourist trips.

United Arab Emirates
For nationals of Tunisia, female applicants are now only eligible to apply for the Tourist E-Visa if traveling with spouse/child.
